Purchases grant only the usage rights stated in the included license. Source files may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, repackaged or publicly posted.
Refund handling
Refund terms and any applicable checkout information are presented through the configured Payhip purchase flow.
Professional boundaries
FSL products and services do not replace legal, medical, engineering, regulatory, compliance, emergency, employment, safety or other qualified professional review.
Privacy and inquiries
The static website does not transmit the diagnostic form to FSL. It prepares a draft in the visitor’s email application. Information is received only after the visitor reviews and sends that email, and may then be retained to respond, evaluate fit and maintain ordinary business records. Do not send confidential, identifying, regulated or restricted information during initial intake.
Service proposals
An interest request is not a service agreement. Any work begins only after both parties accept a written proposal defining the problem, scope, fee, timing, inputs, deliverables and exclusions.
