ABOUT US

Meet the people and personas behind the work.

Frontline Systems Lab builds practical systems for real-world operations. Meet the founder who sets the direction and the specialist Artificial Intelligence specialists that help organize research, design, and execution.

Why this exists

Formal systems design and frontline work often fail to understand each other. FSL bridges those worlds with tools built around the way real operations actually move.

The goal is not more paperwork. It is clearer responsibility, better continuity, stronger evidence and useful follow-through.

Dana “The Systems Builder” Iser

Founder, Frontline Systems Lab

Dana founded Frontline Systems Lab to turn recurring operational friction into practical tools people can use: workbooks, workflows, and focused systems. He sets priorities, tests ideas against real needs, and makes the final decisions about what the Lab builds and shares.

Artificial Intelligence can support research and development; Dana remains responsible for decisions and public releases.

How the executive and specialist roles work.

Atlas, Keystone, Harbor, Ledger, Scout, Echo, Flow, Forge, Skeptic, Compass, Pixel, Relay, Anchor, Vector, and Signal are Artificial Intelligence specialists used to organize specialist work. Their names and profile art are fictional. Dana is the human founder; the founder portrait is an illustration, not a photograph. The Artificial Intelligence specialists are not human employees, autonomous agents serving customers, or a promise that every task is fully automated. Dana reviews their work and approves outreach, spending, commitments, public content, and production releases.
